    Google Page Rank and traffic both are totally depend on the links. If you are able to get the links form most popular website then sure you will get a huge amount of traffic. And to increase your PR you have to make links form high quality website.

    Page ranking is totally depend on the number of links coming towards your site. It should be related to your website. Like if your website is related to travel then backlinks should be related to this category not from the beauty product websites.

    at first Content is the boss. when you think that you have the quality contents then its time to build the quality links. Do follow high PR links can pass link juice to your site and this juice is helpful to get the rank. these are the only things that Google count.

    there are many ways...

    but i must say that give first priority to your on-page
    do off-page then PR will automatically increase
    it will also increase your traffic but do social media specially for traffic.
    for google traffic you will have to follow google guidelines

    Jhonyee : I would recommend you to write unique post means no copy/paste and increase your backlinks. As backlinks act as a vote for a blog. You should try to give comments on dofollow blog. My http://www.satisfyingreviews.blogspot.com is also a dofollow so you can comment on its articles and get atleast some votes to your account.
