    If you want help, you should provide the code of the page so that we can work on it. If you want to hire someone to do it, you should post on BST section.

    Try adding this code just before the closing ul tag for topnav.

    <li style="float:right"><iframe src="//www.facebook.com/plugins/like.php?href=http%3A%2F%2Fhq-wallpaper.com%2F&amp;send=false&amp;layout=button_count&amp;width=600&amp;show_faces=true&amp;action=like&amp;colorscheme=light&amp;font&amp;height=21" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" style="border:none; overflow:hidden; width:600px; height:21px;" allowTransparency="true"></iframe></li>
    <li style="float:right"><g:plusone size="medium" annotation="none"></g:plusone></li>
    HTML:
    also add the following code just before the closing body tag.

    <script type="text/javascript">
      (function() {
        var po = document.createElement('script'); po.type = 'text/javascript'; po.async = true;
        po.src = 'https://apis.google.com/js/plusone.js';
        var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(po, s);
      })();
    </script>
    HTML:
    If it doesn't work, please take another screenshot of the result.

    I'm guessing you're working in WP so there is a plug in for this.
