What shows up in the SERPs is your page's title tag. You shouldn't try to stuff too much into that title.

Why not simply title the page "Colombo Hilton" and put the rest of that info on the page itself?

    Thanks for the comment jim,
but title is very important. a good title will definitely have impact on users selection.

for example assume your searching for 'soccer world cup final 1999".
you came up with these two result.

    1. "soccer world cup"
    2. "soccer world cup final 1999"

You definitely choose the 2nd one. so in my case you telling me just put a title 'colombo hilton'.
so assume some one searching for 'colombo hilton phone no' would see

    1. Colombo Hilton (your suggession)
    2. Colombo Hilton - Address, Phone No. (my suggession)

imo, the user will goto the second option :D

If the contact info is what you're trying to rank for, I can imagine the Google map results will always out rank you in search results & the Hilton site above that. Have you thoroughly investigated your top ten competition for any of these SERP options to see how competitive it'll be? I'd opt for a title that's a bit less competitive & easier to rank top ten for you.

    Thanks for the valuable feedback.
i just tired "Colombo Hilton" on google and found exactly what your saying. Hilton official website followed by Google map result which contain full contact information on the serp itself." , i am now confused a bit :D

I can't recall ever seeing a title appear in the SERPs with all that contact information. To me personally, it would look spammy. Perhaps a reasonable compromise might be something like (I don't know where the hotel is, so just an example):

    Colombo Hilton | Caracas, Venezuela

Go for the fourth one. Because people type Contact info rather than typing the Address, E-mail id etc.

I wouldnt put my full contact information in the title. Remember the character limit! You are probably not going to be able to fit everything in title anyways.
