i think the best to have effective keyword is doing it naturally, and your content must have 3 to 6 percent repetition of keywords

 

Use of limited numbers of keyword will provide you the positive result. But if you use many keywords on a page or in a article sentence and not with the useful and related data , then in beginning you will get good result from this keyword stuffing. But when google will find your site with lots of keyword and nothing else useful then , it can penalised or banned your site and may be your site ranking suddenly dropped. And any blackhat method can hurt your site later.
