Basicly Yes you need - there is a small amount of cash that you can hold on your paypal or alertpay
account if you are not verified but you can not buy anything or withdraw it without verification
furthermore as soon as you cross that limit you are asked from paypal and alertay to verifiy othervise your account
will be blocked in some period 7 or 10 days I am not sure about this period but thats it

 

Uploading, now I'm waiting for second payment ill hope soon., my question, is the second,third etc payment is faster then the first time payment..?
in first payment I wait for 7 day i think.

 

Usualy first payment take time to approve. But 7 days not so long

there are files that cannot be downloaded by free users, because they are sent back to main page saying "you must still wait blablabla"

I am so sick of this bullshit seriously.
I am requesting payout and upload on another filehoster till this problem gets fixed

Same problem with fs159.uploading.com ("You still need to wait for the download start")... I'm really starting to get tired of all these problems...

 

the problem with these uploading services is that you can easily get trouble from authorities if residing in the wrong country. i for one rather choose other ways to make money
