    for the last 3 years i have used blogger.com but i think WordPress is better. there are a huge number of SEO plugins in WordPress. that's why i like it. :)

    I would like to say that the choice between those systems depends on the purpose of your website and also on your knowledge of web development and design. In addition, when you compare the simplicity of both those systems, you will notice that working with Wordpress is a lot easier, so there are many beginners, who choose it instead of Joomla.

    Joomla is a better than WordPress for eCommerce because Joomla is a CMS and WordPress is a blogging platform .

    Wordpress and Joomla are both the best content management systems (CMS) with their own pros and cons but i would prefer wordpress .
    WORDPRESS
    -Simple to use .
    -Excellent for blogging .
    -easy to upgrade .
    JOOMLA
    -Friendly for all types of users - Designers, Developers and Administrators.
    -Not user friendly & difficult to understand .

    WordPress has got number of SEO Plug-ins and known for being more search engine friendly comparatively. With Joomla also high rankings can be achieved in the search engines if proper technical improvements are done where needed at the time of design and development.
