Reason for selling

I get about a couple hundred new article submissions a day, I don't have time to do article approvals. Takes about 5-30 minutes a day. You probably don't want to auto approve all articles, just the quality unique ones. I would like new owner to continue approving quality articles for visitors. In total there are 27,000 articles in database.

No paid promotions are done for this site. The only major marketing I did is have the site link in my forum signature.
