Selling 4.5 Year Old Website Making Revenue With "No Work" For Sale

We are listing http://itgossips.com/ and http://blog.itgossips.com/tech/ is up for sale.

The traffic claimed is by combining both the blogs - the main blog and the sub-blog. Traffic is completely from search engines. I'll send screen shots of traffic to bidders.

We bought this blog with plans to build it, but we were never able to kick it off.

We haven't done any external promotions / link building / SEO work.

The blog earns a little over $55, with absolutely zero work. We haven't optimized the site on the earning front.

Full rights to the domain, content and all images and other media files will be given to the buyer. Hosting costs a little over $20 / year, that's around $2 / month.

This site is perfect for one who has time to update it every day and since we lack that commitment we are not the right candidate to own this site. It's better we push it to a right owner instead of letting this asset fade away.

Yes, I do have the traffic and revenue stats. And it is $55 / month from adsense. If you start updating the blog it can easily double / triple as earlier.
