Kindly tell me that Can I use traffic exchange website for increase the traffic of my website. Someone told me that traffic exchange website increase the bounce rate and leave negative impact on site performance. So, tell me that Is it true.
I would advise you to stay away from them. Anyway traffic from such sites is worthless because you won't be making any sales from such traffic. Plus if you are using Google Adsense on your pages, then your Adsense account could get banned if you get traffic from traffic exchanges. Regards,
For link exchange, always use relevant sites and takes link from relevant websites. A general link exchange sites and not relevant to ur site, then it spamming.
In my opinion, there is no benefit of exchanging traffic. This traffic never converts, instead waste your bandwidth. I strongly discourage you for adopting this practice.

That's true. Traffic exchange websites can have adverse effects on your seo. LIke facebook can drive traffic for you website if you shares your link everywhere in FB. But again you need to think that they may not browser deeper. Certain sites like hotel, tourism, celebrity news blogs etc. do well in such cases whereas manufacturing based websites, web design and development fails to catch potential customers over here.
It's waste of time. If you are using Adsense, your account will be banned. Your search engine ranking will be hit severely. Don't do it.

well im using 2leep, but I would say its not totally useless, because not only Im earning from adsense but also some people buy my amazon products, its depends on the content, if its good then people subscribe you otherwise they just watch and open next link. but 1 thing that you shouldn't do is that, never use excessive traffic widgets because that really make mess. they increase load time. Aslo never use widgets with sexy pics because adsense don't like such pics with adsense. the people who are threatening you for adsense banning, dude Im using 2leep since early but never got banned from adsense. I use single widget with 5, 6 posts and I remove dirty posts from them and keep only clean posts. honestly I've tried many times without traffic exchange but my earning went down. but there is a big disadvantage of traffic exchange that the most of visitors don't try to rem your site by name and they are not loyal to sites. for long term dependence on traffic exchange site is just a foolish idea, but for new sites, its easy way to get starts, but never use traffic exchange for long time.
