    Because -- No one will pay for the amount of time you put in to make your site what it is. I could claim to put in 1000 hours of development into my site per week. Bottom line, if it isn't earning substantially, then it doesn't matter how much time I've put into it.

    But that is just my opinion. I didn't mean to get off topic on your thread -- I was just verifying it wasn't a typo, good luck with the sale!

    I'm sorry, but I sold no less, than it is worth either 10 site can! It's just bad business sense, does not deserve. Enterprise value of income is usually between 10 and 36 months. It received a 100% legitimate way, the old site, I am not a fly by night operation.

    Actually "enterprise value of income" is normally 10 months maximum. No one will buy this site at this exorbitant price.

    No, it's not. It doesn't matter if the site is very old or has a lot of work put into it. You price it at 10 times the monthly income, sometimes 12, at maximum. I've done many site sales and purchases, and I know what I'm talking about.
