    Hello colleguaes,

I have been asked to upgrade a website to make it a better one, because it was built 3 years ago and now it looks pretty old. I checked it out and I can handle it, it is primarly written in HTML and CSS, but the problem is that I do not know how much money to ask! It is about 10 pages and it is a static one, it has a news section but it gets upgraded very rarely.

Please tell me the moderate price because I can't make up my mind!

    Thank you!
    Best Regards
    Stefany

My advice would be to stick to what you think it fair (that initial little price that popped in your head is probably the right one!)... and do not sell yourself short in the end!

Hahah the initial price was about 50 euros/75 dollars. Do you think it is OK?

I would think that is OK... or a little bit low?!? As long as you are happy with the price and feel you are getting what you deserve and being fair to the client... that's all that matters!

You should have asked for at least 300 EUR . If you work for peanuts you get treated like peanuts . Also when you ask for a bigger budget expectations rise , the timeframe is increased a bit and you'll also need to push yourself to deliver more quality .

^^ Thank you very much ApocalypseXL, what you said made me think about it and I think you are right. And when you push yourself to give the best quality, after all, that will make you a better in the job you do, I assume. Thank you!
