    Nice Fishing blog with some good content/blog posts (high quality so get picked up on google well)

    Revenue and traffic low as its fairly low but have intergrated a place to put 125x125 ads (which goes nicely into the theme of the site)

    This will make a perfect startup site/site to flip lovely theme and good content.. :)

    (really good relevent and nice keyworded) Domain registered with godaddy so free push..

    BIN only $12 advertised elsewere so be quick!

    because its called site flipping.. i took the site got rid of some crap, submitted it to 100s of directorys, promoed it with backlinks and tarted it up a bit.. and selling it for a tiny bit more.. noiting wrong with that?..
