    I'm selling one of my forums which is 3 years old. Please keep in mind that I don't have enough time to handle my forums therefore it does have spam posts as well. You need to work a little bit in order to start generating revenue off of this website.

    Why I'm selling the website?
    Well, I don't have enough time to manage all of my websites and I am working on other huge projects.

    Revenue
    The website has made even more than $500/month a few times and you can scale it if you have extra time. I will provide you with my exact strategy that I've used to make money off of this website. I will provide full support to you until and unless you start making money. The method I'm currently using is greyhat and it does involve YouTube and Video streaming websites. Apart from that, I've made money through link and banner sales as well.

    8-9 times the monthly income for a warez site is no way reasonable..
    Can you show some more proof? As this site is 3 years old..
