    According to Google these are two different domains, so Google see them as two different sites. Google pr to any page depends number of quality back links or value of that particular of that page.

    I will suggest you to place 301 redirection to any one of those domains and redirect it to another, as Google panalize duplicate content sites.

    You can use Google Webmaster Tools to set up preferred domains (eg. www.desimms4u.com or desimms4u.com) and also submit a site map.

    This should help your situation.

    You need to add a permanent redirection(301) and after that your PR will be carried on..

    its possible. because for Google these two links are considered as two different domains. so having 2 different PR for both of them is possible.

    Just decide which one you will use and redirect the other one to it. You will fix the duplicate content problem you should have at the moment.
