You really should have adhered to AdSense TOS because its not flexible, and absolutely nothing compares.
Chitika = rubbish looking ads low cpc
Infolinks = messy site very low cpc
Clicksor = AVOID
CPA = Will kill your site especially if you don't have really unique and valuable content
