    I did this because sending support ticket is one kind wastage of time
    ur support ticket response time more than a year
    so if u have any ability to stop this illegal business do this
    it will save your company reputation

    Open forums are not the right venue for this issue. You have just labeled another person, without providing any evidence to your claims, in addition to invading their privacy. I do not think you would appreciate the same being done to you.

    AlertPay has to look into this issue, investigate and examine the evidence.

    Credit card withdrawal is still a work in progress. There are a few issues on this front; one is how it will work within our system as our member base grows. The second issue is how it will work with our service providers and the agreements they have with different countries.

    At this moment there is no date for it being reinstated.

    users then can they raise dispute
    and take their money back
    because I use paypal
    but there are many scammers
    who first buy the product then you take the money back
    and product and take your money back

    Within your AlertPay account you have measures you can take. You can only accept payments from verified members. You can restrict certain countries from purchasing on your site.

    These will aid in addition to your fraud prevention measures.

    From my experience, AlertPay is not safe because it has security holes. I am cheated using AlertPay name. I am cheated by Digitalpoint user SAGILIO who has even commented in this thread(check message #321). He sent me emails exactly same way AlertPay use to send(I did not check email properly and trusted him) but difference is your support team denied email association with your service and clearly termed it "Spoof".

    SAGILIO(scam person) user is still in forum and definitely trying to cheat other people on name of AlertPay. Be careful and try to fill holes and make your service safe so Webmaster can do business using your service.

    I have applied for a new account 3 days ago and still there is no update. I mean I verified my CC, Phone and submitted my PAN. I am still unable to receive any credit card payments in my account.
