If I were to answer my own question then I would have to say that it is my sense of humor.It comes naturally and easily to me.I use it at work and in my personal life.I find that humor puts people at ease,lowers their walls and opens their minds to your ideas. What about you,what would you say is your strongest personality trait? Do you have kind heart,are you bad tempered,are you smart,do you have a jealous personality,maybe have leadership qualities? Good or bad,tell me about it.
@yuthacomp It's good to see you posting my friend. Those are good personality traits,we certainly need positive thinkers in our lives.
I have too many traits..I don't stick with anything too long.May be ' change ' is my strongest trait.Also People never feel bore with me.

yes, with positive thinking life would be positive. get something positive. positive thinking is so beautiful. examples of "stress" was originated from the negative thoughts that continue to think about. negative feeling will arise if we think negative thoughts continue. so start thinking positively to whatever it is, wherever it is, and whenever it is. then you can be happy living.
@yuthacomp That is good advice for anyone to follow,negative thinking is easy to fall into.We ought to try and avoid it when we can.Do you believe in angels yuthacoup,or do you not? Please feel free to give us your opinion on my other thread about angels if you have the time.

People generally have 1 of 4 traits which leads them as their dominate trait. I learned this by reading books on sociology, and charisma. Personally, my strongest personality trait is the ability to be direct. Most 'natural leaders' tend to have a direct style of approach to personal and business related opportunities. This can also hinder one though... Sometimes people misinterpret a direct style of doing things......
@hashif I don't agree with you Hashif as to not having a strong personality trait,I've read your posts.I would say that your strongest trait is morality and a good sense of ethics. @mkjones589 Being direct is an important trait as far as leadership goes.If one overdoes that then they say you are overly assertive or aggressive.All that is needed therefore is to temper your directness a bit.

My personality would be leading people and seeing things as they really are. I also try to bring some humor with me. Btw: you could use some spaces after your commas & dots.
@alodia Being strict at work has to do with discipline and self control.This is a very good trait to have,you would make a good employee or boss. @g36 According to the Mensa exam I took at university my I.Q. is rated at 127. @Wulkanen Being honest is a good trait but some people get their egos hurt by this.Honesty coupled with tact and some diplomacy works better.

@g36 No actually you have to have an I.Q of over 176 to be rated a genius.Average I.Q. is between 95-105.Most people who graduate university are over 110.
I only have IQ 118 and I thought it was good. Because I knew the average people's IQ was 100. I was wrong. Thanks to you, your vast knowledge has opened my mind. She's funny sometimes. Maybe you didn't get her jokes?
