Will I get banned?

I have a site that revolves around lists of various topics and categories. Will I get banned from AdSense if I post a list about the top poker players of all-time and put ads on it (like all of my other lists)?

I don't think they will band for this reason. Still you need to read their policy. There may be something about that.

well to be honest, i would say that you rather play it safe and not risk anything related to your adsense account. My PR2 website got blacklisted because i showed live streams on it and even i didnt put adsense codes on them. Just used the codes on articles.

Now i am getting more than 100k*10 impressions per month but no adsense and i always crush my head into wall. So be safe

Good idea. Better to not take a chance losing your Adsense account. It could most likely make or break your web design career.

i don't think it will be any problem. because Google now accept the gambling sites. and its really not a problem if your category differs from post to post.
    thanks

Either read the TOS or contact Google and ask them.. You would be mad to risk your account just because someone on DP told you that you could do it.

It all depends on how much you value your adsense account,if it was me and i was unsure i would not take the chance and try and find some other form of adverts to add to your site. Its always better to play it safe rather than loose a valuable source of revenue

As others have advised you, do not take this risk. If they find out about it, they can take action.
