Cant issue Refund? Indian paypal?

    I have a problem issuing refund to my client. as of now my paypal balances all are autowidthdrawn and have 0.00 balance.
    has anybody issued refund ?There seems to be no way to add funds from credit card or bank account.

    i am worried that whether my account will go in negativ balance, if i issue refund?

    You can issue a refund -
    within 7 days of you getting paid.

    Else, attach a credit card and you can issue a refund whenever you want.

    i have a credit card attached, confused whether refund amount will be charged to my credit card or account will be taken to negative balance.
    because when i try to issue refund, i see a message with add funds by credit card or bank account. when i go to credit card, it says cant add funds.

    just pay off the person you need to by adding your credit card.

    i did not try may be the transfer funds get back to your account or the negative balance you can face
