    I don't think so. Because I've benefited on 27th June. One of my website's PR has increased from 0 to 4 & other one 0 to 3.

    Page rank does not have dead. As just by seen the page rank, other sites likes to connect with you. And people more concentrate on getting higher page rank. As page rank shows the reputation of any website. And it shows that how much quality data the site holds. And google update their page rank algorithm during sometime just for quality result.
