    There is no need to create sitemap for blogger. Because sitemap help you to index all pages in Search engine. So if you are updating your blog in daily basis then your new post should be index soon. Hope this information will help you..

    You can use google webmaster for submitting sitemap, and you must submit your feed url as a sitemap for successful submission. I found actual tips in this site: varyhelp.com. just go to this site you may find useful tutorial regarding with sitemap.

    If you have wordpress blog then you can find many plugins which can generate sitemap for your website. I would prefer "Google XML sitemap" plugin, it generates sitemap automatically!Cheers!
