    It's not really a sudden move. I have some other commitment (projects) that I've been working on and I need some cash injection. I just don't have time for this website any more and rather sell it than let it die.

    Seems like a skilled seo guy did this. When you go to the site it has very few comments. Very few user interactions. Even the facebook is faked. For $12-$25 a month you can get stats like this and the traffic sources for an english site doesnt make sense. Looks to me more like someone went and bought a bunch of traffic for the reason of resale. This guy is not new to domains but hasn't put adsense or analytics on it yet? Just one of those deals that truly is too good to be true.
