All I've done it was a submission to social pligg and dugg based sites on my friends own software. He hase exclusive working database of sites and it can make miracles.

Congrats. The best thing to do when hit by Google panda is to improve one's SEO such as having good content, doing social bookmarking and networking, article submission, pinging, guest blogging and whatever seo techniques you know how to do.

looks like your traffic/ranking improved over time. if you had 56k visits before and now have 97k, then it is less likely that you got hit by panda.

I was under the impression that very large sites, or 'content farms' were the only one's to be affected by the 'Panda' update. Has anybody noticed their smaller sites dropping as a result of the update?

Pligg and what not, sounds like you used bookmarking demon? I think its better for blasting at 2nd tier or link wheel backlinks, but I usually wouldn't blast my main "money" site with the low quality bookmarking type links. What software did you use for these results? Or are you talking about SENuke X?

Nice that you have found a way out of the Panda slap, but the rules are simple enough, unique content with high quality backlinks

Simple rules indeed. How to know if a site was hit by Google Panda?
