Provide quality content to your customer including product reviews and comparison of prices of different vendors. Use clear navigation to help your visitors to find what they are looking for. When writing the content use the language of your targeted audience.

if your content and site structure is not good then bounce rate might be increase. So first take care about that. check your google analytics from which web page visitor exit it will help to analyze which web page you need to improve. Best way to lower bounce rates is to.

-Get a clean simple design that will attract users.
-Provide easy to understand and interesting content
-Use as few outbound links as needed.

these are just a few things you can do there is probably a lot more.

there are many factors that causes bounce rate. It could be design of your page, the content, ease of reading and even font size. I once tried increasing the font size and immediately my bounce rate droped within 3 days. then reason is because I realised most of my readers are elder people.

You can reduce the Bounce Rate. Try optimizing for some long tailed keywords and work on the quality of the content. The users should find something that makes them stay on the site.

Bounce rate refers to the rate at which people went from the page they landed on to leaving one's site altogether rather than clicking to another page on one's site. This is not to be confused with average time on site, which in theory could be long for a single page.

In the case of bounce rate, providing contextual links to other pages on one's site, an attractive and readily available (e.g., "above the fold") nav bar with enticing and relevant title/headlines, and teaser p. 1 content ("click next page for the answer/punch line/outcome/next on list") might help.

Time on the site (part of "stickiness") is another SEO-valuable measure related to, but not the same as bounce rate. Here, embedded videos (< 2 min.) is one suggestion. And of course a certain focused conversational style which unfolds like a mystery novel, with clean space between paragraphs, high contrast (black font on white background), relevant visuals and headers for ready content absorbing may also help on the theory that visitors will bounce the page rather than analyse and decode dense, unclear, or dull verbiage blocks.

... assuming that traffic has been properly alerted (targeted) to the page topic before coming to the site and is already desiring what is on page before landing. Then there is always testing ...

Make sure it's clean and not cluttered. Also make sure it looks professional. For me, if I go to a site and it looks messy and information I want is hard to find, I just leave asap.
