    It is probably a custom script you can find a developer here on DP that can develop it for you, most likely it is just a database with images and then a search bar to search for images by keywords that are in the database. shouldnt be to hard for a developer of php/mysql like myself to make. Put a post in the scripts section of BST

    Hire a freelance programmer. Freelancer.com or Guru.com are some places to start. Look around for programmers with lots of positive reviews and hire one to build a CMS for you.
