iam using alertpay from last 2 years.
Alertpay is very good for me but i dont know why they ban Technodiscount24 account
I hope alertpay & Technodiscount24 solve this problem soon

yes we also have say every time that the Alertpay is best payment processor and we had more than 80% of payments through Alertpay. We are a big registered company and dont do any ilegal activity so we hope Alertpay will return our account as they are so many customers waiting to purchase the items from us but they cant because they are only using Alertpay and our account was restricted.

I hope Chrisz from here will try to process it faster and enable our account again soon.

How can i apply for the alertpay debit card? can i access this card all over the world? currently i am giving the seo services.. for my money transaction i would like to open an account in alertpay?

At this moment the AlertPay prepaid card is in beta testing. We have a sample group testing it. Once the AlertPay prepaid card is out of beta, we will launch it to all our members.

At this time we are waiting for beta to conclude until we announce a full roll out.

You will be able to load from your AlertPay balance onto the prepaid card. The card will work at ATMs and shops wherever MasterCard is accepted.

Is there a way to check if an AlertPay account (not ours) is verified?
For paypal there is: https://www.paypal.com/verified/pal=........emal@address........ and it tells you whether this account is verified and how long ago it has been registered.
Is there a similar feature for AlertPay?

 

We was one of the beta tester of the Alertpay Prepaid Card and this debit cards are great. But some days ago Alertpay have restricted our account and we was more than 4 years with Alertpay and are registered company doing legal business.

We can not understand why Alertpay have made such a dessiosion as we had so many transactions through Alertpay and more than 3000 customers have bough from us through Alertpay. We still hope that Alertpay will change the dessision and enable our account again as we will never find such a good payment processor as the Alertpay is.

Thanks for your answer. We are looking to accept payments. I know that there is a settign we can click to accept payments only from verified members (we already checked this), but we can't be sure if this setting really does something. Nowhere in the payment history it is visible whether the payer is verified, not even the IPN contains information if the payer is verified or not. One more confirmation that the payer is verified would give us a little extra sense of security

Clicking that setting in your account assures that you will only accept payments for verified members.

No need to worry, even though it does not show up in the IPN, no unverified member will be able to make a payment to you.

When an unverified member tries to make a payment to you, they will receive an error message directing them to verify their account.

Hope this helps and alleviates any worries you have about the issue.
