    Hii friends and Gurus..Pl guide me..what are differences between google and yahoo optimization? i am familiar with google. I do DS, SB, Articles, PR and forums to promote my website on google. I want to promote my website on Yahoo. What can i do??

    Difference between google and yahoo SEO is that Google focus on back links and yahoo focus more on On Page SEO.

    well, Both google and yahoo! optimization strategy same for a optimizer, general like what you are doing now..but only in yahoo case onpage must be strong , else all are same as like.

    Just concentrate on each and every aspect of Search engine optimization you will get high ranking in both search engines. If i say content and on page is necessary according to yahoo point of view also i can't ignore it for the Google.

    yahoo focuses on On page SEO, so, if you can have good on and off page seo, you'll be good for both Google and Yahoo. Both On page and offpage is a good combo for seo.

    There are many type of search engine available but Google and yahoo is a most popular search engine. Google is a really wide spread network in the world. Two are good services provided for SEO related Off line and Online. In my Opinion google is the king of this services.

    I find Yahoo seems to pay more attention to the last few lines on the page than Google does - i.e. if you have your keyword last on the page then this seems to help with the Yahoo ranking considerably while it doesn't seem to affect the ranking on Google - I have noticed this on a couple of sites that we have designed recently.

    I also find that yahoo is slower in indexing pages. Google crawls it faster. I could be wrong but this is what I have observed so far.

    Well strategy for both google and yahoo are same. Just verify your site from yahoo too then you will be able to rank in yahoo too.
