    porks.com would be an adult domain and you could do quite well if you developed a site and then flipped it.

    summerfruit.com is nice, no idea what value, but the food niche is already pretty saturated so no matter how good your site it'll be a battle to make it worth much.

    is there a criteria to appraise domains?
    for example SEO keywords could be one good way to judge it. what else can you use? All I see here is opinion, no offence, just observation.

    porks the word its pretty short here is the definition from http://www.thefreedictionary.com/porks
    If anything try and put an auto blog on the sites for now just so they have some dummy content to make them worth something. Or if you like you can write some articles and expand on what I just told you about. This should increase your value.

    Look here https://adwords.google.com/o/Targeting/Explorer and enter your keyword you will see that pork recipe, recipe for pork are some pages you could quickly create and have really high search queries each month.
