Many people prefer infolinks now a days, but i still feel they are not paying good, in fact yes you can earn good if your website have good visitors from US/UK.

I think it don't conflict with Adsense but in any case you should be very careful
Also you can send e-mail for Adsense with your questions...

I have tested almost all of them and I can say that VibrantMedia pays the most (but they don't accept all websites, you need to have 100000 PI). Infolinks is crap, they pay less than 1 cent per click, no matter where the traffic is coming from.

In-Text Advertisements work by double underlining contextually relevant keywords on a web page and upon mouse-over opens a small bubble like box that displays the ad.

I used to swear by AdBrite, but they're pissing their publishers about now - first they kill their referral program, then they reintroduce it, then they cull thousands of publisher sites... all a bit of a joke really and more akin to some underground Triad money laundering operation.

I would now go with Infolinks. They pay by PayPal, which is better still.

Infolinks, but if you have adsense be careful. I don't think you can use both. Or maybe adsense decreases its payment. Look into it.
