You don't need to submit any of your web page to Google. Google is a search engine and it will find your website whether you submit your website to Google or not. You just try to create few backlinks for each web page of your website and create a sitemap of your website.

There is no such thing as a stupid question. It's no longer necessary to manually submit your site to google, if you get backlinks to your site you will get indexed.

It depends on you inner pages importance, like if you are selling multiple products and multiple brands so you can create backlinks for your inner pages.

First of all target your home page then after some days target your inner pages which is beneficial for you. (Not all pages)

    Hi

Surprised it hasn't been mentioned here but keeping an updated sitemap.xml file that is refreshed with Google each time it is updated should ensure Google crawls your site and records the pages correctly.

This is easy to do with WP plugins but there are many tools for other platforms as well.

If your site has been already indexed you don't need to submit pages manually. When you add new page bot will crowl it and it will appear in Google index. For faster indexing you can make sitemap generator and it will send sitemap to Google when there were made changes to your site.

Don't depend on Google (and the other search engines) to crawl and find new and/or all your pages. Yes they will eventually, but the important thing is to have a new page indexed.
Google does not necessarily add a page to it's index when it initially crawls the site, it may only queue it for indexing.

However if you tell Google about a page (ping blogsearch.google.us/ping/RPC2) it will crawl the page soon, often within an hour, which is better than waiting for the bot to get around on it's periodic checkup.

The sitemap is also important, you should make sure you visit Google's webmaster tools and submit it there.

it is always a better idea to add your site/blog to google webmaster and submit your sitemap so that in one-go google could view your site.

    Hope it helps...

No, create an XML sitemap for your website & submit it to the webmaster tool then Google will index all your pages no need to submit each & every page. But if you are getting backlinks for all the pages then it will help you to get ranking for that pages also

It's not required to submit your inner page on google. Google(Search engines ) will automatically crawl your webpages and indexed it. You can submit your internal pages in ODP but it's not required.

As an FYI regarding keeping a current sitemap, we have a PGSQL DB running all the content on our websites and are able, through SQL queries and Zope integration, to write code that will auto-populate the sitemap each time its called with the current content based on the SQL results. For websites that contain a lot of product pages that are constantly being added/removed, this solution is great because it's completely automated.

No. As was said above, google will index your website whether you submit it or not.

Submit the main page of the URL only to the SE. If you have a sitemap at the root then the crawler will autmatically crawl the rest of the links.

I have to agree with the majority of the post on this page. You don't have to submit each post or page of your site to google, just the main page. There is no "stupid" question ever. If someone has a question about something it's because they don't know the answer and there is nothing wrong with that.

There is no need to submit your pages individually to the search engines, use Sitemap instead.
    -Sitemap describes site's structure .
-Helps crawler do a better job crawling of your site .
-It makes sure Google knows about all the pages on your site .
-Extremely helpful when your site is new and has few links .

no need to submit the pages individually, a sitemap is what you need, then Google will see all the pages indicated in it.

thanks for the comments. Ok so I have an on site site map which lists all the pages of my website from within my website. They aren't hypertext links they are flash text. Anyway my main home page site appears on the first page of google. Its the only page that I can find in google of my webpage. I did submit my other sites anyway. So what I really need to do is create an xml file then of my website for google? And how will google access it if its not going to be on my website?
