    Search Engines 3,037.00 (48.31%)
    Referring Sites 185.00 (2.94%)

    Traffic is about 250 uniques a day via GA.

    Well listed in the search engines, PR3.

    Recommed keeping site with same hosting as it is about 5GB.

    I am not doubting the revenue or the monthly visitors to your site (which are really impressive by the way) but posting a screen shot from Google Analytics would really help you to hold out on your own. And maybe would even convince more serious potential buyers to come to your site and get you your required amount.
    Why would you want to let go of such a site.
