    Here are a few pr distribution sites that are really effective: 24-7 press release, 1888 press release, business wire and openPR.

    personally prweb is good but also expensive. There is some good free pr sites that will help. Also on PRweb there is a great e book that tells you how to write an article, great and free tool.
