Try not to go over the top with stock images, many outsourcing sites go over the top with these plastic looking images of people and websites and globes etc. Mention things like your turn around and your unique selling point, mentioning these will help set you aside from other sites offering similar services.
you need to explain to the 4 types of people out there ( DISC) what they want to know. Get a book on NLP selling and you will learn how the top 500 companies sell. When you have that, base your whole website on SEO and keyword it, then mixed with sale copy from the NLP you will have a good selling plateform. Most peoople forget that a site is just another selling plateform to sell the product. Always use smiling people in your pics.. its part of the NLP selling stratagie.
The landing page is too cluttered. Show the visitor a SINGLE thing to do and leave all the other imformation on other pages. Just my though.
Hi, Your website is new and look is professional but you have lots of things on the home page which confuse visitors. first of all make your home page simple, organized and easy to understand for your visitors. in regards to get traffic, there are many ways to get it. paid traffic works instantly for example google adwords, yahoo paid search, shopzilla etc. these are all ppc portals which will charge you per click to send visitors. next is seo which is very tough job to do. you need quality content, good back links, onsite/offsite optimisation done which takes time. 3rd is you can find out partners to resell your products which is also easy.
Since you're looking to house web designers and developers, you should implemented a really organized and clear-cut design with regard to these two professions. It should be easy for the users to navigate the site and locate the designers and developers that they need. Design should be simple.
You have to answer the number question that people ask the moment they step into your page - Do I need the information I found in here?
I agree with other posters. The homepage is a little too busy for me. I don't think theres anything wrong with the amount of stuff on the homepage, but it needs to be better separated and defined.
