Give me some time to dig up some info and I will create a thread later explaining the steps to it. Hopefully I'll get it up sometime today and then I'll post back on here when it's up. Be Back Soon, - Jeff K.
Depending on your budget there is a way to use FB profitably. But rule number one: don't spam your fans and don't hard sell, don't even sell on FB pages, just let people to know that you, your product and service exist. There so many friends spamming other friends with "offers" that many FB fans don't even pay any attention to those "buy from me" posts. You can outsource the tasks. You can get ebooks for free or paid. You can do it yourself. If you have to go with everything free, it will take a lot of your time. If you are a newbie, you will have to have patience. FB and Twitter are the in thing for any body online. Just my opinion... Sincerely, Antonios
Check out the thread for the outline and some notes on facebook marketing, sorry if it looks crude but I tried to put it together before i headed off to work. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2273800#post16715895 Hope it help you out, - Jeff K.
so what is facebook marketing? is it contacting people on facebook and adding them as friends to your page, or advertising with a facebook page rather than a web url?
You are pretty much branding your product on facebook. You go on and create a Facebook Page just for your product and then you set up an ad campaign to get people to like your page. After they like your page then they are there to stay and you can further promote your product to them and in the future when you have more products to promote then you already have an audience to promote to. Also you can get to know your customers on a more personal level by engaging with them using polls, or posting attention getting comments. Which this can help lighten up the way they feel about you and make it easier for them to buy from you online. Hope that helped, - Jeff K.
First get some fans that can benefit you the most. You should get people that is/are interested on that particular niche and as well as there location.
I would suggest that you look at all of the above comments and READ the terms and conditions. I have and some of the details in here contradict the rules and you can be perm banned from fb. There are companies that will do fb marketing for you, but reaad the t& C from cover to cover and it basically tells you what your not allowed to do, so in effect they are telling you how to market and not be banned. and get all your friends to like it ASAP.
You can try to build relationship first before even mentioning your products. People on FB are not looking to buy something. Be their friend, and they will listen to you.
Yes, it is nest to interact with your fan, this way it can trigger a good relationship on how your product can have a good facebook traffic.
It really depends on what subject your Facebook page is about. If you have a Facebook page about jokes then you should be telling funny jokes. Engagement is what you're after.
This opportunity is to reward customers when they log into Facebook, and this helps to raise awareness and build customer loyalty.
yeh i agree with @Dovieknoll but after created a fan page you should be join SMO community to increase your Facebook likes or you can buy from Facebook but it might be not useful for you because if relevant person likes your FP its better then buying...thx
Dear your can sent friend request for appropriate for them and related to your them and make particular Page put the full information on page sent page request.
Facebook is a decent viral marketing platform just as long as you do not bombard your friend's walls w/ "Like" requests and share requests. First thing to do, is to create a fan page. This will separate your personal profile from that of your business. Post relevant, quality contents. Interact with people in the industry and do it regularly. Join groups and take part in timely conversations. You will gain contacts, prospects and even referrals. Likes will then come as bonuses. Don't forget to have a Facebook Like widget in your blog/site.
