I heard that google panda dose not approve the old back linking techniques like
Social bookmarking and directory submission, google only likes one way linking.
So my question is , dose some one like to tell me the best way from where I could take free do follow back links for my site which really works according to new rules of google panda.
If any SEO export knows how to submit these links properly, that It looks real and remains for long time.

You can write blogs and articles and making videos with best and useful information, and submit those on high PR and quality sites. So this way you would get instant and better results.

I never heard it before that Google don't like social bookmarking or directory submission. I guess these two are very effective ways to promote your website. Instant link building sounds spamming. But if you wanna build quality backlinks then you can try forum posting, guest blog posting, link baiting and social bookmarking.

 

I don't think this is a great idea these days. You can get backlinks from forum and blog commenting, article submissions, etc but bear in mind you can't get this instantly. Building backlinks take time.

I still use social bookmarking and directory submission. As far as I'm aware it hasn't been penalized by Panda

 

Create instructional pdf's with links to your site. Give the pdf's out for free and allow websites to distribute them freely on their websites. You will get links and improve your online reputation.

 

I think you should forget about Google panda, the best you can do is to follow the guidelines the Google is giving. Work naturally and everything will be on right track.

 

There is no shortcut, do everything within limits ... oh wait ... there are no defined limits as well ... its all about experience.

As long as you do not go out there flooding social bookmarks / forums / blogs for links, it should be ok.

 

On page work for the site is must and off page work consist of all submissions like article,blog,social bookmarking,directories and forum postings will definitely help you.
