    There are many way to promote FREE or PAID. so first decide and for for either SEO or PPC or both. You can also use social Media marketing to promote your site.

    start PPC for the first month and start Onpage also,after 15 days start off-page activities like Article,bookmarking,classified,Press release, Forum submission,blog.

    Try to get as many back links as you can from travel related website and you can also promote your travel website through social media website. Run PPC campaign for your ads. Give discount on several travel packages.
