actually that's not true ... Google is showing every link posting to your site (or every link they choose to show you). A no-follow doesn't (in theory anyway) pass link "juice" for PR, but Google will still the link and in some cases count it more if the site is top quality.

Then i want to know what do-follow is actually.
If backlinking site use do-follow attribute, does it mean - spider will never go to my page from that source or
spider will go to my page but will not count that link as a vote for my site?

    Both, including nofollow and dofollow
to check whether they are dofollow or nofollow, you might use backlinkwatch, it showing the dofollow and nofollow details too

Why don't you check them yourself by viewing the source of the pages on which the links are found. And then share the useful information.

Yes but it will only show the links that it finds, not the links that GWT finds - and it only shows the first 1000 of them.

Well you would have thought so, wouldn't you? If Google doesn't count them then it is odd that they still show them, but they do!! Unfortunately they don't indicate which are dollow/nofollow so it means checking that by other means.

This information is just plain wrong!! GWT shows all links that googlebot finds, both nofollow and dofollow.
I did a complete analysis of the links GWT found on my site using Scrapebox Dofollow Test and I can assure you many were nofollow.
But don't take my word for it, run a Backlinkwatch scan and download all your GWT links. Check those on backlinkwatch that are marked as nofollow,
and compare them to your GWT links. Providing that GWT has found them as well, you will see them there.

You can use http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/ for this purpose. OpenSiteExplorer.org provides us with the info that the backlinks to your website are do-follow or no-follow. Though I never used a paid subscription, but their paid subscription gives really great info on the types of backlinks your site has got.

The problem with other backlink checkers is that they don't show all the backlinks that GWT has. For example open site explorer has just been updated and shows that 331 domains link to my site, whereas GWT shows 767. The only way to check whether all the links from GWT are dofollow or nofollow is to work from the GWT list, not anyone else's.

You can use a Firefox SEO plugin to check whether it is dofollow or not. I'm using Quick SearchStatus for Firefox.
