    Well its all about quality links, and this is a good example how quality is better than quantity.Quality always provide good results, Whereas i am agree to vinoth.t

    You also need to check the competition, if it is low, you are more likely to be high up in the rankings. It can also happenb if the site is brand new ... Google gives it a bit of a boost at first and then it can go back down. If the backlinks are from high PR sites this also helps.

    Reasons already mentioned above +

    * Domain age: site is over 6 years old
    * Some of the backlinks seem to be very high quality - it's better to have only a few high quality links rather than thousands of very low quality
    * Site has nearly 12000 pages indexed in Google - Google loves sites with lots of content
