    Search engine usually prefer static page. Your 2 websites really very good but I prefer your first website. Just need to improve in looking of your site.

    If you need good product at the end then you have work hard but technology changes day by day. People are interested to make their website in wordpress, joomla, drupal and so on. However this is also a good move and if they can optimize its css section and make them search engine friendly then it is highly appreciable.

    yes Static page is SEO friendly. Working on Static pages need a lot of time.
    Dynamic pages are less SEO friendly than Static pages

    See as you know seo is only the game of keywords.. and of course URL is the most important thing, in Dynamic site you cant put any keyword in URL, but yes in static you can easily put it. it is also beneficial in term of SEO
