    In my honest opinion, most PLR are of very low quality. Not much can be done with them, except to offer to customers as a bonus. The best PLR you can get will most likely involve making private deals with owners of good quality products, but that can cost a lot of money to start.

    I seldom found PLR that have good quality. Maybe if the quality is good, the author rather to sell it him/herself as their own product :)

    There are a few forums and sites offering them for sale, but be careful about reusing PLR, as the search engines are being wise to it
