Site was started as a new venture into the chihuahua pet niche, but as time went on and more projects took form, this was just left on the back burner, with little marketing and monetization done.

100% of site content is unique and it frequently receives hits for long-tail keyword traffic, which can be seen on attached Google Analytics results.

This is a good domain with some age, I dont think you will have too much trouble selling it at the right price.....love Chihuahuas. Not for me, but someone will take it off your hands. $97 might be a bit rich though.

 

Honestly, $97 for a site with such basic design and only 1 article is a little too high. I personally think that you should just lower the price if you're looking for a quick sale. Just my 2 cents

 

I'm confused. The same site is on GoDaddy auctions for almost $500. The Adsense id is the same as several other sites that are obviously made by someone else based on the content. What's the story here? I might be interested. PM me if you would rather.

There are about 30 uniquely written articles on the site, most are found
through seo. Though I'm working on why they aren't showing within a
menu on the site currently. . .

Right, adsense id is same as a few other sites i own, but a unique code
was used to track each site specifically. So I just did a all year earning
report to get figures.

The GoDaddy auction is old, I actually forgot I had the domain listed
there too. . .

 

Just renewed domain through godaddy for one-year renewal.

 

Nice domain and good potential blog long-term with the right SEO strategy and keyword targeting. I'd take it off your hands for $50.
