    It was the work page optimization of your website flash.
    You need to do more work and the quality of your website .... the construction of the link quality and make the presentation of the page as directories, sending books brand blog comments, forum posting etc.

    In my opinion, there is no different weather your site is contain flash or not, the treatment will be same. Build high quality content, and quality backlink. That's just my opinion.

    As like as general site; there are nothing any special. when you know crawler can't read any flash, then it's ok go your way...

    Remove all the flash work from your site. If that is not possible then to promote your site and make it good for SEO then add the suitable alternate text so that the SE can read it.
