To answer your question.... Wordpress is a website publishing platform that is great for non-techie persons to self-manage their own site. It's great as a blogging platform, but in recent years it's become more popular as a full-fledged CMS (content management system) where you can build all types of sites. The best features are that it has a very easy to use Dashboard, and that there are hundreds or maybe thousands of free themes that you can install in seconds for a unique style and design without having to do any work. Also, the feature of Wordpress plugins allows you to customize the site and add robust features and functions to it just by installing a plugin. WP is great for all types of sites, from simple blogs to ecommerce business sites, and everyting in between. If you need help setting up or learning about WP, just message me and we can talk more.
    thanks,
    Jim
