    ads? they're everywhere since you have only amazon affiliation all over.
    Now for the adsense ads, you should try to change the background color from white to the flashy green color you've put behind them.
    Also you labelled one of the adsense LINK PARTNERS, well they're not your partners, and it's a bannable offense.
    Anyway read adsense's tos it can't hurt you. Please do something about it, read it, otherwise I won't be able to laugh if you come back crying because you lost your adsense account because "you didn't know".

    Top banner placement is perfect...
    instead of vertical banners try 336x280 double ads near or above your main content and you can use vertical link units instead of vertical banners.
