And one can write blogs with meaningful and unique information and through it try to get response from the people and start conversation with them to engage them on your site so this way you can decrease your site bounce rate.

A good way to decrease bounce rate is by including the "Continue reading" link within your articles, so that your visitors have to click through it to read the whole articles. This naturally decreases bounce rate.

Higher bounce rate indicate that you are getting traffic but your website don't have what they actually looking for it could be the product that you are selling or it could be any article or information they are looking for after few seconds they just close down the window
The only thought which comes to my mind is to create quality content for real visitors (not only search engines). And of course - love your community!
I'd like to suggest you to make your site more interesting. It's up to you on how you will make it. In this way you can reduce your site's bounce rate. Just think outside the box.
I think you should make the article attractive. Without attractive articles you can't keep your visitor to you site.
