    If they are saying negative thinks without evidence issue a DMCA to google who will remove the offending site. But this sould be under legal category on DP, plenty of resources there.

    What are the process to inform to the Google that some one intentionally doing the negative things by posting it on his sites which is coming on the top with some key phrases.
