    For achieving local targeting goal you should manually observe about people's demand and according to that you should provide best , unique and meaningful information to your visitor. So by this way you will get more visitor to know about more information and high rank by quality information.

    Good reviews can be got only if you have good content on your site and the users can easily find what they came looking for. Less distractions and a high number of good PR links should do the trick.
