Seeking Conversion Guru - YOU?

I have a website that has been live for over a year. Frankly, have been slow to keep current like I should.

Selling a product that appeals to a small cross-section of the male population.

Good looking site (really) - easy to navigate (I think) - competitive price - not a huge market, so not too much competition.

My problem; very, very, very few conversions. Obviously, something basically wrong (or several somethings) but what?

Yes, I am fully aware that I need link exchanges, better SEO optimization, more traffic and so on. But BEFORE getting into all that, I want to "tweak" everything I already have first. Does that make sense?

I need a guru that can help get me on the right track. Do you know or can recommend someone that could help? And no, I don't want to post in "review my site" forum. I need someone who can go thru everything to identify what works, what doesn't, why not and what needs to be changed to correct any problems.

Any recommendations? Near broke, but expect to pay of course.

Understand of course. However I don't want to post URL on forum. Learned the hard way, once posted always available. Don't want my competition to know I need help, make sense?
