    Get more and quality links, if you have just back links it wouldn't help you that much but if have quality back links than that would help you a lot.

However,  I suggest that you follow the following methods like blog commenting(dofollow blogs), forum posting(include signature) article submission. Keep in mind that while submitting article, keep the content flesh and unique.
