now the question how to get those?

This is the point u should be asking for-

 

1. Increase your visitors. Preferable search engine visitors.
2. Use quality contents (so visitors will stay and read which increase click chance)
3. Good ad placements and colour.

So there are many resources and different ways to do the 3 mentioned above. You must do research yourself since it's a lot information.
